Hodge Podge of Stuff!!!

I have been busy!  I miss blogging so much…  When I am gone for any amount or time, aside from my husband I feel like the “muse stalkers” who follow me are the ONLY ones that understand me!  He He…  I call you my stalkers because, you guys read my blog incognito… he he…   Every once in awhile I will get an email that says “ WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!!” I MISS YOU!!!  Only then do I realize that people are reading my blogs! 

I am well on my way to recovery!  I feel fantastic!  Everything in my body is working like it should for the first time in years! 
I will leave it at that…

St. Patty’s Day weekend was VERY interesting!  I feel AWESOMELY GOOD that I have been dubbed “THE COOLEST WIFE EVER!!!”  Well the actual statement was “DUDE YOU HAVE THE COOLEST CHICK!!”  WAHH HOOOO!!!
 I tend to think that, YES, HONEY DID END UP WITH THE “PICK OF THE LITTER”!( BIG SMILE!!)  But, it’s always nice to have somebody(s) else say it as well!!  
The day of St. Patty’s Day…(hmmmmm)  All I got to say is, me and Murphy we like dis- crosses fingers as in BFF and does the eye to eye thing…  Karma has a way of working itself out!!  And Thank you sweet Karma…
MY DAY WAS MADE… I could not do anything but, laugh!!  (AND laugh I DID… Giggle even!!)

Everybody on the boat!

The boys had a blast and the children riding the boat!  Seeing their faces…  It made my heart smile, they had the best time.  Even though Victoria fell asleep during the parade Ha Ha(who does that?), and my son even made a friend that day!
If the National Guard Super boat is in the parade a-gain next year,  we are going to get them an Autism Awareness Flag because, that is what it was all about!  The Driver Scott and Throttle man  Eddie are very passionate about Autism

Honey’s Face was covered by kisses and his neck in beads!  The standing oblations and support the National Guard got from the City of Savannah WAS FABULOUS!!  And you know what?  These men deserve it!!  Thank you Savannah for your support!!

In other annoying news…TWO BIG THUMBS down to our beloved President!  Way to GO PREZ….  That special Olympics comment… was tacky and hurtful…  You might have apologized to the President of the Special Olympics but, what about the parents, teachers and everybody else you offended!???  I guess we don’t count…  No, we are just living with special needs children day in and day out, for the rest of our lives…  I am glad you got your comedic 15 mins of fame with our children being the punch line….  And I guess they will always be the ASS END of jokes…

Ok now that I have that off my chest… 

If you happen to be a supporter…  Don’t bother with your emails, curses or voodoo dolls…  I will not post your ugly comments either.
You have no idea what it’s like…  I would be upset if anybody who was a TV star or anybody in a position of power making a statement like that!  As you can see from my earlier post I keep my political preferences to myself…  I am not a hater…  I would call anybody out who made a comment like that!

Alrighty and that is that…  I am going to do a post about Melissa( from the Bachelor ) but, I just wanted to hang out and see what she was like on DWTS…  Be on the lookout in the next few days!

Ahh.. Yes, and I had Emergency surgery.. I did forget to mention that…

So, I really have been trying to get better about blogging, and of course life happened and I was set back A-GAIN! I am feeling much much better! But, here is the email that Honey sent out to friends:

I to write and let you know what has been happening over the weekend, since there is probably some unanswered emails hanging in cyberspace. Friday night I took her to the Emergency Room for severe abdominal pain. From what they could tell, she had an ovarian cyst rupture, possibly through the philopian tubes causing some really painful burning. At the same time, she was diagnosed to have a strangulated hernia, where the fatty tissue had grown around and actually into it putting her at risk of that rupturing and her becoming septic. Effingham county hospital released her on pain meds, and she followed up with her doctor the next morning, who told her if she had any more pain to go into Candler. I took her to Candler Sunday night, and we were in the ER from about 8pm until just after 1pm Monday when they finally decided they were going to take her into surgery. She went into surgery just after 4:30 yesterday (Monday), and came out around 6, when they moved her up to a room, funny enough on the Pediatric floor due to a shortage of beds. The surgeon told me that everything went well and there were no complications. Besides being sore from the incisions along with the sore throat from being incubated, she somehow had a reaction to one of the antibiotics they gave her or possibly the IV contrast for the CT scan (they think), and broke out with hives and is miserable. She got released yesterday just after noon, and is home now and resting on lots of pain meds and muscle relaxers, as well as Benadryl for the hives. She will be on bed rest for about the next three days or so, and won’t quite be up to sitting on the computer. I’ll be checking email to pass on anything

Just think one surgery down.. Two more to go! So, much for trying to do everything at once!

…I understand Molly… I was once in her shoes…(Part 1)

Life sometimes…  Or TV land more like it will throw you a curve ball and BAM YOUR LIKE HOLY COW!  That’s ME!!
You know  one of those situations were entertianment imitates life…
I just really want to put a different taste in your mouth regaurding Molly, and Melissa and really I could care less about our “Bachelor”….  I am going to blog in a couple of different parts… 

It’s all entertainment.  It’s all fake, the people are real but, really reality shows are the biggest joke ever!  As I have said before in previous blogs…  When watching TB(The bachelor) I only use to watch the first and maybe a couple of episodes into it AND the finale!  The contestants on the show never chose the one I want accept for LT Hottie Andy( Who reminds me of my friend Paul by the way…)
When I saw Jason Mesnick’s heartbreak on TV I was like WHAT!!!  How can DeAnna not see what a great guy J is…???
And so, the next Bachelor was born,…it’s the only season I have watched from start to finish. Moving right along with this season, really Honey and I had No favorites!  We just kinda were like blah about all the women, both of us agreed we Melissa was our favorite if we had to chose a gal…
I am a spoiler kinda gal.  I am horriable with gifts and Christmas!  Oh it’s really awful!  So, of course I went looking for spoilers and that is when I came across RS who sucked us all in…
( the man has a following he is now going to sell T shirts on his site… HEHE  LOVE IT!!) He is a fabulous blogger!! 
I knew he was a for real deal. 
And Why?  Because he has been blogging since the dawn of time AND, he has NEVER and I mean EVER come across a “scoop” like this..  Let alone blow the lid off of what is truly a scandal (or was it??) 
As you can see in my other post, I was a little upset with J not because, he changed his mind because; he did it in front of GOD and EVERYBODY!  You can break up with somebody in a classier manner… And even he said it here

Let’s start with Molly

Molly

Molly was never one of my favorites.  I didn’t “feel” her personality, but, I thought she was really pretty and her laugh is infectious.  Whereas, she is not my favorite I can see why Jason feel in love with her. 
Honey really didn’t “feel” her either but, he thinks  it’s because of  bad editing.  He says that any girl that is willing to bungee jump is kick ass to him…  he- he…
(I would bungee jump with Honey…)

Did Molly have contact with Jason while he was engaged to Mel? 
If you would have asked me a couple of days ago I would have said HELL YES!!  She was the tart that stole Jason away from cute cheerleader Melissa
Upon watching the show, and reading emails…click here…
I am going to say…
He did have some contact with Molly but, I don’t think he “saw” Molly behind Mel’s back

Side note:  Ladies-  Men  don’t want an emotionally needy person.  If they wanted an emotional needy person they….  Would get a DOG instead of a girlfriend…

Are you the kind of gal that “needs” a man in her life?
Are you “afraid” of being alone?
 Are you the kind of gal that clings to a relationship quickly? 
Do you fall in love easily?
 If you said yes to more than one of these, I am going to ask you to re-think your dating strategy,  

Molly wasn’t everybody’s sweetheart, but, she wanted what she wanted and went after it. 
I do believe that she did respect Jason’s decision, No matter how heartbroken she was… 
No matter how much she ached inside. 
I believe beyond a shadow of- a- doubt that she respected Melissa, NO MATTER HOW WRONG SHE KNEW SHE WAS FOR JASON! 
When she was telling Jason “your making a big mistake”
 I understand…   As I have said before I have been in Molly’s shoes which is why I don’t think she would jeopardize her integrity to get what she wanted….  When you truly care about somebody and they want to go…  You let them go….

Molly, said the hardest thing in this whole process was the backlash of her personality!  And the backlash of everything that went down.  I understand what that is like having stuff being said like this about me:
Paraphrased:
Your wife is sure one class act, you sure got the pick of the litter with that one. 
Oh that’s the adulteress…
You know your tricked your husband into marrying you by getting pregnant( a side note to that…  I was pretty much sure I was never having kids before because, of the treatment my cervix underwent)
Honey, go eat a twinkle
The list goes on and on…

It stings when people say things about you that is not true.  I had Honey to lean on, during that painful time in my life…
Just think at that time when RS broke the story…  Molly had to face that all by herself.  I am not an emotionally needy person but, when I heard , the evil untrue things that were being said about me…  It’s hard no matter how strong of a person you are.

Bottom line here is I want you guys to really take a second look and not judge Molly, maybe really she was innocent in all of this! Maybe, she was just trying to mend her broken heart and just trying to get closure.
 I understand that too!  Had it not been for a stupid sweatshirt that I had found when I had moved, my husband and I wouldn’t be together, but, went to give it to him, I just wanted him to asnwer some final questions before I got my closure… 
The last thing I was expecting to hear was… an “I’m sorry” Can you give me a second at friendship?  He wasn’t even asking me, for things to go back where we left off… 
All that came in time… Trust me LOTS OF TIME!! 
SO, I truely understand when Molly says “my feelings never changed” I totally understand that!  They don’t, those feelings don’t go away….
Remember you have three sides to a story..

Bachelor Recap, It’s OK to change your mind… It’s not OK to…

I have no idea what Honey and I are going to do now.  The Bachelor is no longer showing…  The Bachelor has really brought on a dialogue between my husband and me…  That really makes me think we are going to last forever and ever (AWWWW)…  Enough about my “amazingly” perceptive hubby…

His take one this whole thing is; It’s impossible to fall in love with somebody in just two months…
First, it’s a competition,  you don’t get to spend the entire two months together, you are sharing this person (be it a man or a women) with 25 other people, you have kissing, sexin’ going on, you have cat fights and such, tempers….  Oh the list goes on and on… 
Then you add  beautiful people, drinking, bikinis, exotic places…
Yes, you are going to have an “illusion” of love… 
Past contestants say you do fall in love when you are on the show…  So, I guess you fall out of love when the cameras are off?  I think when you turn the hype off… (take away the other women, camera and cat fights, and get the contestants in regular clothes and sober) It might be a bit of an adjustment and it’s harder to have that same chemistry when you don’t have all the glamour of TV… 

Had I not cheated and went  to Reality Steve’s blog I would have never have known the ending but, even with me knowing the ending…  I was still deeply saddened by what happened.  To be humiliated on National TV like that,  I can’t  nor do I want to know what Mel was going through…. 
So, you ladies who have thrown that card “Oh I am just so humiliated, he made a complete fool out of me.” Just think, you got the better end of the deal!  At least it wasn’t on TV!!!
 The one thing I have said all along in this saga:
 It’s OK to change your mind, I see it, not a lot but, being a wedding planner I have ran into situations where an engagement is called off.  It’s  not pretty, but, it does happen.   Engagement periods are a tricky time…  Nothing is set in stone, nothing is written on paper, even though you might shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars on deposits and what not but, nothing is for sure until you are married and even then…  You hope you get it right the first time. 

So, it’s OK to change your mind!  It’s not OK to publically humiliate somebody on National TV.  Jason Scumbag Mesnick could have gone against what producers wanted, and he could have said Hey I need to talk to Mel off camera, can you give me some privacy…  But no then to go as far as tell her….  Hey I know I chose you but, really I am in love with rejectee’ Molly! 
Give me a flippin’ break!  COME ON!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?????  

And if you saw what happened last night…  You saw that Melissa handled herself with a lot more class then even I could muster!  HOLY COW..  The only bad thing that came out of her mouth was “Bastard”  Nice!  My potty mouth would have gotten me in trouble…  Mel, kudos to you for really handling yourself with class!  Awesome!  She gives females a good name!!

So, Mel  you will never come to my blog BUT, I do want to say to you… 
Your better off.  And everything does happen for a reason and you will not find out right away but, you will see…  Your prince charming is out there and he will sweep you off your feet and Jason will be a distant memory…  The stars will fall in place for you because, every single women deserves a fair tale ending…  Just do me a huge favor… Lick your wounds and take care of your fragile heart!
